Once upon a time, my entire wardrobe consisted of only black and white items. That’s how much I like these non- colours. I only wear black lingerie, if that’s not too much to share. So, imagine how happy I was to know the theme for this month’s EBEW! I thought it would be a little more interesting to try mixing texture as well instead of just the two colour. So I’ve got fuzzy knit with black lace. I remember seeing the sweater with pencil skirt combo. I kinda like them together. Oh Oh.. And black suede Devita block heels from Nine West. What do you think?

Made this in 30min or so. Puurfect for eternal summer days. Inspired by a top I saw in H&M.

Worn with my new black Saltwater Sandals. I may just order one in every other colour! So comfortable and cute!

This skirt was actually a tee shirt that I can’t fit into anymore.. So 5 years and 8 kgs later, it reincarnated into a skirt with rosettes for my niece.

I just bought the ring and necklace from
Forever 21. I seriously love them so much! The skirt was thrifted via Etsy. I think it’s kinda too long. Should I shorten it? I’m thinking of making it a modest mini, a few inches above the knee maybe.. Let me know what you think.
None of my shoes match this outfit. The white heels are okay but not fantastic. What colour do you suggest? On another note, I ordered two pairs of saltwater sandals about two to three weeks ago. They are here but I missed the postman yesterday and now have to drive all the way to the other side of the island to pick it up at the post office -_-!!
On a totally irrelevant note to the above post, I would like to whine about a dent on my shin. I had a fall about two months ago. One foot down into the drain because it was too dark. I scraped my shin against the drain cover. And now it looks like there’s a permanent dent and scar on my shin. It’s so annoying!!
And.. Oh.. And.. I cut my hair real short. I love it 10% of the time. 80% of the time I not sure. The last 10% of the time, I HATE IT.. Arghhhhhhhhh!!!!

Delayed telecast September 6, 2011

I wore this last Saturday but didn’t get around to posting it because I was busy gorging my face with the chocolate cake I made. It was a hit with the family and both cakes were gone in two days.

I don’t understand how anyone can be bored or idle because I hardly have enough time! I have so many sewing and crafting projects to do, recipes to try out, laundry to wash.. Blah blah blah.. I’m tired just trying to list out the things that I want to do. A few things high on my list:
1) corduroy shorts ( 80% done)
2) black culottes
3) Quiet book for son
4) orange boxy top
5) dress for niece
6) bracelets
7) put up completed projects for sale on Etsy.
-_- These, I have to do during me-time from 11pm to 1am. It’s going to take a while… Ya.. I bake during this time too. The day is dedicated to my son and any household chores I can squeeze in.
